Job Purpose
Meets the external staffing needs for the business covered.
Main Scope/Responsibilities
Understands the internal customer business, strategy and recruitment needs
Sources and selects Cvs of adequate profiles adjusted to the internal customer need
Interviews and preselects candidates as per job requirements
Coordinates line managers interviews and assessment as per JESA recruitment process, ensures proper follow up communication and accompanies the operational manager in selecting the best adequate candidate
Elaborates the job offers as per JESA contracts and remuneration standards and closes the recruitment upon contract signing and beyond as per recruitment process.
Ensures proper use of the recruitment IT tools and reporting systems and updates as required by JESA recruitment processes
Represents JESA in various recruitment events and interacts with external providers, thus upholding JESA's employer branding as defined by the organization's HR strategy
Education
Bac +4/5 - Graduate & Post Graduate
Curricula: Human Resources, Business Administration, Occupational Psychology
