Mission / Role purpose
The Expert, in order to accompany the development of the Customers Solutions, help to orient the thinking and the build of the virtualized infrastructures, with partners Solutions:
Help in pre-sale step for the technical qualification for the customer’s needs
Responsible for developing automation using IaC principles
Support the building phase and the design of the customers solutions
Provide extended support during mass roll out and build activities as and when required & provide L3 support on IAC solutions
Help to define the evolutions of our skills

- Able to realize good presentations, and confident to realize presentations in front of our customers
- Able to write technical and functional specifications

Education, qualifications, and certifications
Mandatory Skills
Overall experience of 8-12 years with 6-8 years of experience in desing, implementing network and complex customer solutions and aligning support model as per the new product and technology. 3-4 years of experience on IaC domain and configuration automation with understanding of DevOps principles.
Activities:
- Role involves developing scripts and templates to automate network configurations ensuring security and compliance.
- Collabarate with Network engineers and DevOps team to optimize network infrastructure and streamline deployment processes.
- Builds labs to allow to develop our capabilities to integrate any solutions
- Realizes presentations and demonstrations towards our sales teams and our Customers.
- Perform internal testing following releases and upgrades
- Provide regular training/knowledge transfer sessions for the L2/L3 operations team.
Knowledge:
o Excellent knowledge Perl or Python or Ansible Scripting, Linux will be preferred.
o Excellent knowledge of Virtualization and Orchestrator.
o Good understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD pipeline.
o Good knowledge of industry standards and compliance requirements.
o Good knowledge of terraform and IaC developments.
o Good understanding of infrastructure automation with Configuration Management.
o Understanding of Routing protocols: OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, ISIS, QOS, VOIP
Communication skills :
o Good communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders.

o Scripting tools like Python, Perl.
o Certification: Cisco (CCIE > CCNP)
o Risk management: (Incident response, vulnerability management, audits, design, new capabilities, etc.)
o Automation tools like Terraform, Ansible, Python,
