Your Role
Ensure good product quality and smooth process flow according to instructions:
• Ensure the proper start of the setup based on the history of quality problems;
• Animation of meetings;
• Ensure and monitor QRQC (Quick Replay Quality Customer);
• Ensure monitoring and process audit;
• Supervision of auditors,
• Daily control of production in the serial phase;
• Fill in the results on the appropriate file;
• Measure the injected/assembled parts according to the plan and approve their dimensions;
• Carry out the PPAP (Production Part Approval Process);
• Complete the necessary documentation for each order;
• Coordinate with other departments for problem resolution;
• Handling of complaints and non-compliance issues;
• Raising awareness of the seriousness of problems according to their history;
• Refusal of production in the event of a problem;
• Ensure compliance with quality standards
• Ensure compliance with safety standards;
• Ensure compliance with environmental standards.
SKILLS :
Good level in French;
Computer knowledge: Windows, MSOffice, etc.
Knowledge of plastics processing, maintenance, mechanics, automation, etc.
Your Background
Academic Level: Bac +2
Experience: Min 3 years.
