Technicien Support IT – Monitoring L1/L2 à Marrakech. Vous assurerez la surveillance en temps réel de l’infrastructure IT, l’analyse des alertes, le diagnostic initial, l’escalade des incidents et le suivi jusqu’à clôture. Vous respecterez les procédures internes et communiquerez efficacement avec les équipes techniques. Bac +2 en informatique requis, expérience en support ou monitoring appréciée. Maîtrise de Linux, Windows et réseaux, sens de la réactivité, organisation et communication claire sont essentiels.
