Job Purpose
The Training Assistant provides administrative support and works closely with the Academy Team, in coordinating the day-to-day training logistics and all communications and administrative requirements with participants and trainers (from enquiry to post course follow up).
Main Scope/Responsibilities
Book travel and accomodation for participants and trainers.
Print documentation and prepare supporting materials (Binders, handouts, quiz and props),
Book internal training rooms for internal training. Order lunch and coffee breaks for internal training events
Maintains and manages the department events online calendar.
Support team for administrative tasks such as and not limited to languages expenses report recording and reporting, monthly training hours control and quality audit.
Prepares the OFPPT annual report by gathering all the required documentation.
