Treasury Analyst
Bank Relationship Management :
Manage bank relationship: Day-to-day transactions
Ensure all banking relation documentation are properly formalized and archived: conventions, users access management
Update the banking powers in case of change for the MCO
Closing and reporting:
Control daily transaction in IZY target, perform consistency check on big spend and collection, ensure that there is no duplicate payment or error processed by the bank,
Perform allocation of all transaction to the dedicated reporting code
Calculate financial fees provision
Daily banking operations:
Manage FX and derivatives: prepare files summarizing invoices to be hedged by the trading room (invoices related to goods) and handle locally spots and the hedging of invoices related to services, and good importations
Manage collections process (cross check physical means of payment received from Account Receivables team with SAP postings and handle their remittance to the banks,
Prepare balancing bank transfer to secure funds in bank accounts,
Prepare manual payments and ensure controls are in place in line with locals procedures,
Manage currency for travelers, ensure that currency is back on time and sent to the bank,
Manage cash on hand existing at the affiliate,
Prepare bank guarantees for tenders and update the file regularly
Manage travel process and currency for travelers
Support Treasury departments in daily and monthly activities: Reporting and closing

Collect Budget data from FP&A, FBP, CI2C per country and Legal entity (Collections, Opex, Capex, P.costs, tax, Intercos…
