An exciting new position has opened up in our Salé Electronics Systems Plant as Warehouse Supervisor.
As a Warehouse Supervisor reporting to the Logistics & Supply Chain Manager within Lear, you will be in charge of managing all team leaders in the shop.
You will also control the Warehouse flow (inbound & outbound) & ensure policies & procedures are respected .
He will be responsible for the following:
Make under control warehouse flow (inbound & outbound) & ensure polices & procedures are respected according LEAP manual
Lead and develop Warehouse team
Ensure 100 % success of internal/external and cutomer audits
Support & succeed all new project launch
Ensure the continuous improvement culture is maintained inside warehouse and support all kaizen ideas implementation
Too be successful for this role:
Supply chain/Industrial Engineering degree
Minimum of 5 years experience in Warehouse management
Proven experience in automotive industry
Proven experience in team management
Fluent English
