Job Purpose
The Administrative Assistant provides support to JESA managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities. He/She handles a variety of tasks in order to ensure that all interactions between the organization and others are positive and productive.
Main Scope/Responsibilities
Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing
Arrangements of travel, restaurant and hotel reservations, preparation of travel authorizations, processing requests for visas, identity cards and other documents.
Handle requests in an appropriate manner
Setup and coordinate meetings/appointments and conferences;
Prepare correspondence, reports, and materials for publications and presentations

Education
Bac +2/3
Curricula: Business Administration and/or Management
Global Experience
