YOUR WORK-LIFE OPPORTUNITY:
The Brand Marketing Services department embodies both marketing and sales competencies. We are a cross functional division that focuses on creating and delivering added value to Partner Brands that can benefit from our Marketing tools. Our main goals are to 1) Create, sell and execute Marketing campaigns for Top Partner Brands to boost their Sales through the constantly growing Glovo user base 2) Drive incremental profit for Glovo through the campaigns we craft and sell to Partner Brands.
We are looking for a highly motivated candidate, a problem solver that can find creative solutions to complex problems, with strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
BE A PART OF A TEAM WHERE YOU WILL:
Design and implement Glovo’s Brand Partnerships strategy in order to maximize profitability
Align with the Global Brand Marketing Services Team on the route to market and product development needs to maximize the monetization of our app
Unleash Glovo’s sustainable growth and profitability by building strong long-term Partnerships with Top Brands (FMCG/CPG, Telcos, Financial Services etc.)
Help FMCG/CPG companies boost their sales through all Glovo Marketing Services
Understand Partner Brands’ needs and objectives, recommend marketing activities and co-create campaigns to help them boost their sales and reach their goals (awareness, conversion, retention)
Develop & ensure perfect execution of Partner Brands’ campaigns
Coordinate campaign execution across multiple departments and work with cross functional teams
Monitor and analyze the performance of the Partner Brands’ campaigns. Understand their impact on Partner Brands’ and Glovo’s overall performance
Build success stories and roll-out best practices in other categories and countries
Meet monthly and quarterly objectives defined by the company
Report quarterly results and key learnings to help define next quarter’s plan
YOU HAVE:
Business Administration / Marketing Studies in a top University
Minimum of 3-5 years of Marketing and/or Sales experience at a leading FMCG/CPG company
Experience in executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and non-digital channels
A deep understanding of paid, owned and earned media channels, being comfortable tracking and reporting on established performance marketing KPIs
Experience in managing Social Media Strategy
Self motivation and a proactive attitude
Sales motivation and drive
Comfortable working in a fast paced environment and dealing with complex business challenges
Experience in project management
Highly analytical. Strong skills in Office, especially in Excel
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and people skills
Fluent in French and English
