The incumbent for this position is responsible for managing all SCM related local operations, providing all necessary support to Direct SCM European Organization.
Additionally, when requested, will support Indirect SCM Corporate Organization in procurement related activities developed within Aptiv CS applicable location.
Holder of this position reports functionally to Aptiv SCM Purchasing Manager / Responsible.
Your Role:
Acts as an interface/Representative for Plant related activities and external suppliers to ensure all the SCM parameters are in compliance with APTIV requirements
Coordinate Issuance of contracts, SA’s, PO’,s etc. as per request by plants.
Coordinate Pricing management: Input / update / maintain prices and IPP’s. In general, price of materials received from allied Plants, external suppliers, integrated suppliers, etc.
Manage requests to Vendor Master Data to create / maintain suppliers under local responsibility.
Negotiate, create and maintain Frame Contracts for Integrated Suppliers / Full Service Suppliers following the applicable DOA.
Represent SCM in feasibility meetings and / or Engineering meetings to be involved at the earliest possible stage in new projects / business transfers, etc.
Provide all required support to Indirect Corporate SCM Organization in regards to indirect procurement process/activities involving the plant
Support & coordinate with plant the collection of requested data, specifications, requirements, etc. to correctly prepare sourcing processes.
When requested from Corporate SCM, act as link/point of contact with local suppliers participating in sourcing processes.
Follow up evolution of IMCIP / ECIP activities vs performance targets and support the plant to achieve such targets.
Ensure that all local Purchasing activities are carried out according to Company Procedures.
Involvement & support in preparation and development of internal and external audit processes; Certification assessments, Customer & internal audits, etc. with the objective of obtaining positive results.
Your Background:
Master’s Degree in Economics, Business or Marketing.
2 - 3 years of relevant experience in Procurement, Sales, logistics, and contracts.
Fluent in French and English, Spanish speaking is a plus.
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills including ability to listen attentively and to communicate information clearly and effectively.

Project Management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office skills, experience in SAP is a plus.
Cost Control, Compliance, Budgeting and Quality Assurance trainings are an added value.
