Position overview:
Our future CI Coordinator will drive best in class operations performance, lead innovation to enhance profitability, drive a culture of continuous improvement, achieve a gold level in 5S, TPM and be part of the best Kaizen in the region
Additional duties will include (but may not be limited to):
Develop consistent Value Stream Maps (VSMs) at assigned sites.
Partner with all site leaders from executive, middle, and associate level teams.
Ensure a consistent site project pipeline at each site
Work closely with the CI global team to ensure Lean, Six Sigma, and Best Practices (LSS & BP) compliance and implementation.
Identify and work to remove barriers that slow or prevent the successful attainment of LSS & BP across the site enterprise.
Deploy LSS & BP strategy across the site enterprise, ensuring common company training compliance and understanding at all levels of the organization
Partner with Site executives and initiate a Policy Deployment Strategy (PDS) for Performance, Goals, and Objectives

To be a success in this role you must have:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a technical field from an accredited institution
Strong communication and coordination skills
VSM value stream mapping
Problem-solving methodologies
Green or black belt Lean Six Sigma
Industry 4.0 Awareness
Leadership
Project management (PMP is a plus)
Teamwork
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
