Position overview:
Reporting directly to the Engineering Manager, our future Tools & Equipment Coordinator will have as main mission to Lead the plant Equipment activities in accordance with appropriate standards, customer milestones and the allocated budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and start the procurements of all Tooling and Equipment according to program phases timing.
Set up lines starting from prototype phase to serial one.
Ensure the validation and readiness of all Tooling and Equipment according to Customer and Lear requirements and procedures
Develop CI spirit via project realization
Execute CI plant objectives: best practices.
Follow & execute innovation projects: CAO, …
Key skills and Qualifications:
University degree in an engineering or technical discipline.
Bac+5 diploma in industrial field OR Bac+3 diploma +8 years of exp. in automotive area.
Ability to work in a high-tempo environment and interact with team members over a wide scope of the organization.
Excellent organizational skills: proven ability to plan and priorities tasks.
Deadline-oriented.
Decision making ability.
Continuous Improvement mindset.
Good knowledge in IATF16949 standard
