Job Purpose
The Contract Director leads and develops the contract administration function in line with JESA policies and legal requirements.
Main Scope/Responsibilities
Responsible for activities in the organization's contracts administration function.
Allocate Contracts staff to tasks and Projects.
Oversees the administration of contracts in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
Directs contract administration staff and provides guidance on complex contracts / contractual matters.
May assist in the negotiation of contract terms and condition.
Manages through Contract managers and Senior Contract managers.
Develop and maintain Procedures and work instruction.
Training and professional development of team members.
Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility.
Education
Bachelors/ Master Degree
Curricula: Engineer degree
