The Corporate Financial Controller will be part of the Group finance team and will be responsible for the financial follow-up of the Group Corporate costs. The Group Corporate costs are made of 7 legal entities located in different countries corresponds to the Group Indirect functions costs (General Management, Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, IT, ….).
Responsibilities
The Corporate Financial Controller will be responsible for his perimeter for :
The accuracy and the on-time delivery of the monthly P&L
The calculation of various intercompany recharges
The analytical consistency of the expenses booking
The monthly group reporting in Essbase
The support to the budget holders for their budget/ rolling forecast construction
The Internal reporting by cost centers with explanations of the variances with Budget and PY
The application of the “purchase-to-pay” process in the whole organization
Other Ad-hoc analysis on Corporate Indirect cost
The Corporate Financial Controller will have daily interactions with the various central stakeholders as well as the with the countries’ financial teams.
In addition to the above accountabilities, the Corporate Financial Controller will have the opportunity to work closely on all other topics managed by the Central team (harmonization of the tools, processes improvement, onboarding and good practices sharing with the new joiners in the team etc …).
This diversified position that includes some accounting, controlling and sales administration knowledge, will be a very exciting challenge for a curious candidate willing to extend its financial skills in an international environment.

Education/Experience Requirements and Skills
Master’s degree in Finance
Perfectly French-English speaking (advanced English is a must)
Good communication skills (the Corporate Financial Controller will be in contact with local accounting teams Finance and top management/Executive Committee)
At least 2-3 years of experience in finance, ideally gained in financial controlling in an international group.
Good accounting knowledge
Knowledge of an accounting or/and reporting software would be considered as an advantage
Strong financial and analytical skills (advanced Excel level required)
Curious, autonomous and fast-learner
