We are hiring for the position of Cost & Price Engineer to join our team
Your missions:
Calculate engineering changes @cost level & @price Level: Analysis, implementation and calculation.
Focusing on maximizing OI improvement, and minimizing OI degradation, on every change management Process processed.
Communicate Cost Return of ECRs according to sales recommendation (SVFM standard or conventional)
Create Macros in order to minimize manual work & Checks
Develop Programs in XC Modules (TVM Module & Capital Costing)
Provide timely service for C&P team, Sales, Operations, Program Mgmt Engineering and Leadership teams.
Support operations and or operations finance groups in implementing OI improvement Ideas.
Develop new initiatives to improve C&P Process & Tools : Macros, Data base, data consolidation….
Participate in Meetings with C&P team & different departments (Lead unit (UK), Sales, Purchasing and Plant engineering…).
To be successful for this role:
Engineer, Bac + 5 (New graduate)
Ability to work with main Engineering tools
Ability to analyze and/or develop the technical documents received (Bill of Materials, Labor minutes report, Cut sheet, Insulation report and Drawing)
Advanced skills in programing language: Data structures and algorithms, Database and SQL, Excel VBA, …
Willing to develop financial skills and learn key financial concepts (Cost, Price, OI, APR).
Results oriented to obtain and develop solutions, Commitment to achieve results within due dates, Responsible, Team player
Language Skills:
Good communication skills both in French and English, Spanish will be an asset.
