Missions :
Customer Service:
Receive & Analyse Customer Order
Communicate with customers about orders by telephone, email, and videoconferencing (Increase, Decrease, Mixt, feasibility, capacity Constraints, RM constraints…)
Update coverage report on a daily basis.
Prepare the shipment plan (Direct Customers and Indirect Customers through advanced Warehouse)
Daily follow up of shipments & transit locations between Lear and Customers.
Ensure Sales Integration in the System
Ensure JIT delivery and level of stock defined on the advanced warehouses.
Investigating and solving customers' problems, which may be complex or long-standing problems
Planning:
Prepare the planning based on the Priorities given by customers (Planning Twice per Week)
Monitors, analyzes, and reports performance to schedule production activities utilizing information derived from System, material situation and Operations (Coverage Report)
Assist the manufacturing department to actively manage the production schedule through Medium term planning (L-base Capacity).
Monitor quality, service, and delivery issues, and take corrective actions as needed.
Provide continual improvement of the planning and reporting processes.
Participate in project milestone meetings through QTS meeting.
To be successful in this role :
Education: Masters/Engineering degree in Logistics
Communication skills,
Team worker, analytical thinking, organized person, ability to learn quickly,
flexible to customer changes
IT skills: Excel (Macro) / Power BI
