Main missions :
Customer Service:
o Receive & Analyse Customer Order
o Communicate with customers about orders by telephone, email, and videoconferencing (Increase, Decrease, Mixt, feasibility, capacity Constraints, RM constraints…)
o Update coverage report on a daily basis.
o Prepare the shipment plan (Direct Customers and Indirect Customers through the advanced Warehouse)
o Daily follow-up of shipments & transit locations between Lear and Customers.
o Ensure Sales Integration in the System
o Ensure JIT delivery and level of stock defined on the advanced warehouses.
o Investigating and solving customers' problems, which may be complex or long-standing problems
Planning:
o Prepare the planning based on the Priorities given by customers (Planning Twice per Week)
o Monitors, analyzes and reports performance to schedule production activities utilizing information derived from System, material situation, and Operations (Coverage Report)
o Assist the manufacturing department in actively managing the production schedule through Medium term planning (L-base Capacity).
o Monitor quality, service, and delivery issues, and take corrective actions as needed.
o Provide continual improvement of the planning and reporting processes.
o Participate in project milestone meetings through QTS meetings.
To be successful in this role :
Education: Masters/Engineering degree in Logistics
Good communication skills in English
Team worker, analytical thinking, organized person, ability to learn quickly,
flexible to customer changes
IT skills: Excel (Macro) / Power BI
