Position Overview :
Analyze Customer demand by permanent follow up, Ensure internal and external coordination to satisfy customer needs on time, Plan and organize all steps from order reception to shipment achievement
Main missions :
Receive and process customer orders
Track customer variations
Interacting with customers, providing information in answer to inquiries about products, accounts, and services.
Control and follow FG stocks
Organize customer pick ups
Manage returnable packaging availability
Ensure delivery performance at the required level
Ensure internal KPIs are on target 0Premium Freight /0obsoletes/ OTIF 100%
Track customer backlogs to avoid any issues with customers
Monitoring products changes: 0 obsolete and handle customer claims
Requirements :
Master's degree, Bac+5,
Solid capability for negotiation with the customer
Ability to work in a high-tempo environment and interact with team members over a wide scope of the organization.

Highly effective communication skills
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
High level of English and French language, spoken and written
