Customer Solutions Engineer/Design Engineer in the elevators industry


Adecco Maroc recrute pour l'un de ces clients un Customer Solutions Engineer/Design Engineer à Casablanca
This role provides technical support to the sales and installation teams in developing, selling and successfully implementing our products and service solutions that meet the customer's needs.
We are looking for a self-motivated and goal oriented individual with a customer-focus approach who can own the customer solutions process in terms of prospecting, tendering, defining specifications, details, dimensions, CAD- and lay-out drawings.
Responsibilities:
Support the sales and installation teams by analyzing customers' technical needs and developing proposals outlining how our products and services can provide clear solutions to meet those needs
Provide technical and costing support for the sales process
Coordinate specifications and delivery times with the Supply Line, Sourcing or local subcontractors
Ensure that the proposed solution fulfils the codes, regulations and safety requirements
Organize the order documentation and order confirmation
Manage the drawings and related documents
Check and update the specification based on contract and variations

Requirements:
Experience working in the elevators industry will be highly regarded, otherwise fresh graduates or candidates with maximum 2 years of design experience are considered too
Engineering degree or related equivalent required
Proficiency in CAD preferable AutoCAD
Very good English & French language skills required

Bac+5 et plus
Expérience entre 2 ans et 5 ans - Anglais (courant) & Français (courant)
