Within our Distribution, Commercialization & Performance (DCP) team, your role will be to deploy International Carriers commercial strategy on our digital channels.
You will identify new sales opportunities and will support the growth of the opportunities received through the digital channels proposed to our customers and distribution partners.
First step in the management of opportunities and leads coming from our digital channels, you will qualify such opportunities before either following their progress until their conclusion, or assign them to the relevant person within our team.
You will initiate projects to develop the business through digital channels.
Contributor to an improving digital customer experience, you will be a key support in solving issues which can be encountered by our customers while ordering online.
- Manage prospects and/or opportunities coming from Orange International Carriers digital channels (60%)
- Support for online purchases (5%)
- Search for new prospects for products available via digital ordering processes (35%)

votre profil
After commercial studies (equivalent to Bachelor), you have gained experience of at least 2 years in a commercial position.
You have good analytical and initiative skills
- Customer satisfaction oriented, you are creative and innovative in the search for new business opportunities
- You pay attention to take into consideration in your approach other jobs & skills (sales, process, performance, marketing)
- You are comfortable working with digital tools to recruit prospects and transform them into signed orders
- You know how to manage your priorities and are autonomous, rigorous and methodical
- With a developed team spirit, you are curious and organized and you know how to adapt to changing environments
- You know how to write to customers
Languages: you will work in a multicultural environment, mainly in English. A good written practice of this language is essential.
