Job Purpose
The Digital Transformation Delivery Manager will be responsible for driving the implementation of our software products & working systems by collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams including Product Owners, Project teams, Functional teams, and Business Subject Matter Experts. Additionally, he will work with the Digital Transformation Project Management Office to grow our project delivery support capability, identify and promote best practices and establish common working and reporting processes for the functional system implementation initiatives.
In particular, he will be responsible for the successful roll-out of new products or new versions of the Digital products in the targeted projects in close collaboration with the Product Owners & project stakeholders. This includes designing, implementing, and improving an adoption strategy for digital products.
Finally, he will manage the portfolio of all our functional system investments, supporting their implementation from need identification to tool analysis, selection, acquisition, and implementation, defining the system scale-up strategy and associated change management plan, reporting on budgetary and organizational implications, identifying work process improvements & optimizations and monitoring systems usage and adoption.
He/she should also craft and ensure the implementation of a common vision and standards on how projects should use systems, how it affects their working process, and who is responsible for compliance with these standards
Main Scope/Responsibilities
Updates & maintains execution roadmap of all functional systems & digital products initiatives
Develop overall system roll-out approach, and develop detailed roll-out strategy for every new system, system update or digital product ongoing implementation
Communicate around the implementation of new systems and digital products
Manage and execute roll-out activities around the adoption of new Digital products (training, Adoption follow-up, Feedback collection, etc.) for all active projects
Support projects in assessing issues and understanding the benefits of the product
Help functional teams express their system implementation needs, evaluate tools, procure tools validated and manage the implementation project
Manage the global functional systems implementation roadmap, in coordination with functional digital champions, and support teams identify risk and issues facing system implementation
Identify work process changes impacted by new systems implementation, and mobilize the relevant stakeholders to evaluate and optimize process changes
Manage the overall roadmap budget, progress, and timelines and identify synergies, optimization opportunities and redundancies between different systems implementation

Curricula: Engineering / Business Administration
Global Experience
Over 7 years
Specific Experience in the position
5 years minimum in industrial project management, including 2
3 years as a Project Manager, Project Engineer, or Project control function
Exposure to information systems implementation projects
