Your future duties and responsibilities:
Reporting to the Senior Vice-President of CGI's Payroll Services Center, the successful candidate will act as the Director, business development payroll services to SME (small and medium entreprises).
On a typical day, you will perform the following tasks:

The Director's main objective will be to ensure the growth of our Nethris clientele. Supported by his team of managers and professionals, he will be responsible for marketing, sales and partnership management functions.

- Establish the business plan and strategies to ensure sustained profitable growth.
- Recommend, lead and report on innovative internal and external strategic initiatives to increase our presence in the Canadian market
- Establish and monitor sales team objectives
- Drive marketing activities based on offerings, market and strategic partners to ensure appropriate brand visibility and ROI
- Ensure executive relations and follow-up on distribution partnership agreements
- In collaboration with the Competitive Intelligence team, monitor market activities and recommend new distribution networks.
- Solicit and finalize agreements with distribution partners.
- Facilitate harmonious working relationships between CGI members and with partner organizations.
- Participate in various committees to bring about improvements/new ways of doing things related to the sales and marketing sector (strategy, ways of doing things, tools, etc.);
- Participate in trade shows, industry forums, external networking or various marketing activities.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
- University degree
- More than 10 years' relevant experience in team management, preferably in a partner-facing role, strategy, sales or marketing
- Proven experience in leading the development of partnership strategies to achieve product and business objectives in the Canadian marketplace
- Proven experience in managing partners, establishing collaborative strategies and structuring and negotiating complex agreements
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
- Ability to communicate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship skills
- Results-oriented person with concrete achievements
- Team player and collaborative spirit
- Negotiation skills and ability to reconcile divergent opinions
- Leadership and coaching skills

- Excellent command of spoken and written French and English.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good knowledge of search engine optimization concepts (an asset)
- Knowledge of the SME market in Canada and the payroll field (an asset).
