Drive the roadmap of transformation from bespoke, custom solutions to standard unified business processes product based standard PAI based integration for the B2B customers and internal stakeholders, GDO. Define how the current applications, in flight projects and future customers and process onboarding will be implemented in the future proof architecture, the time plan, the roles and responsibilities of all parties, GDO, customers, internal team, chosen SI and product vendor.
Develop a trust relationship with the internal stakeholders and customers based on common objectives and plan, build the partnership from the current support model and drive business based on future proof technology and effective cost structure.
Grow and develop the internal team distributed across different countries (India, France, Egypt) in order to be able to drive standardization and effective solution implementation, review the current capabilities and define the upskilling (e.g. product certification, devops, automation, security) and development plan, attract talent form the market and people who can drive the transformation and standardization, the relationship with business and customers. Inspire, organize and develop the team to become self organized and operate smoothly in the SAFE setup.
Work in partnership with the selected System Integrator and Product vendors to build a strong reliable ecosystem for the internal stakeholders and customers, collaboration for the roadmap delivery, transforming the teams and address the difficulties that will appear on the way.
Be part of the leadership of CTIO work collaboratively with all management CTIO to drive the implementation of the strategy, serving our customers and supporting the revenues growth and IT services development, co-driving GDO digital roadmap for achieving simplification and efficiencies, modernizing, simplifying and automating legacy till the completion or technology roadmap and final state of all customers and GDO processes in the target architecture. The leadership role is not just to lead Service Management but be active part of CTIO management team and drive the execution in sync.
Define together with GDO and CTIO stakeholders the target operating model, target architecture
Define the transformation roadmap from the current bespoke, non standard software development to standard business process, product based solution and standard customer integration.
Define the roadmap of migrating applications, internal users / desks / processes and customers into the target model
Execute the strategy and roadmap in line with the plan in partnership with GDO and CTIO management
Build the team by attracting talent and developing the current skillset to make it future proof.
Ensure customers and GDO trust and experience
Manage the relationship with partner System Integrators and product vendors in order to achieve the strategy objectives and deliver the roadmap
Manage the associated budget in a clear and effective manner

votre profil
PostGraduate with Graduation in Engineering
Technical knowledge of service management universe, new technologies, devops and scale agile processes.
Knowledge of TMForum, ODA architecture, ITIL.
Strong experience (5Yrs +) in
Service Managemnet building and Transformation, International large team leadership ,
Sis and product vendors management
Business global stakeholders management
Experience in transformation from bespoke, fragmented software development legacy to standard target architecture, standard processes, product based out of the box solutions
System Integrators and Product Vendors consolidation and transformation
BOT (build operate transfer model)
Lead, steer, animate and grow the developers community
At ease with international English, French is a plus
