We are recruiting a Marketing & Communications Coordinator to join our beautiful property.
The Marketing & Communications Coordinator will be responsible to assist the Director of Marketing & Communications and the Marketing & Communications Executive to implement, monitor and evaluate the hotel’s marketing communications strategy, including advertising, promotions, public relations, graphics and collateral, so as to support the marketing objectives for the hotel and maximize the hotel’s positive exposure in local, national and international markets.
As a Marketing & Communications Coordinator, You Will
Provide administrative support to the Department, including organizing and filing
Assist in ensuring all hotel advertising and collateral (Rooms, F&B, Spa, events) are of consistent high standards, and that they comply with brand standards
Work closely with suppliers on printed and promotional collaterals
Work with other departments to assess and support their internal and external communications needs
Processes and follows-up on quotes, invoices and payments
Assist with hotel creative productions including photoshoots
Manage all social media channels, including creating and scheduling engaging content, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance to enhance online presence
What We Are Looking For
Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Marketing Communication or in Hospitality-Tourism management
A first work experience (or internships), preferably in marketing
Communications and interpersonal skills are a must
Knowledge of the Adobe Package / MS Office Package
Familiarity with different online marketing spaces
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Attention to detail
Open-mindedness when it comes to assisting with tasks that might be outside of the job description’s scope
Problem solving skills, such as analytical and critical thinking
Reliability, goal-oriented, organizational skills, being a self-starter and autonomous
Enjoying collaboration with people and working in a small team
A clear understanding of the hotel industry is useful
Strong presentation and communication skills, organized and abilities to work independently and to meet deadlines, creative and dynamic personality
Languages skills: Fluent in French & English
