Overview:
Each year, JESA welcomes hundreds of young talents for internships for their capstone (End of Study Projects). Our interns come from diverse backgrounds, a variety of disciplines, and a range of leading universities. In an environment where collaboration and teamwork prime.
As an intern in Human Resources, you will be responsible for employer branding projects working in collaboration with a Talent Acquisition Specialist to foreplan innovative employer brand actions aimed at attracting and engaging top talent.
This role provides the chance to apply your skills in a professional setting and to have a direct impact on business results. At this internship you will acquire a hands-on experience in developing, planning and implementing employer brand strategies.
Your tasks:
Collaborate with our team to develop our employer brand strategy
Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and insights to inform our employer brand strategy.
Assist in setting up an action plan in various scopes: School connections, Online presence, recruitment events, etc.
Support the organization of initiatives to enhance our employer brand presence both online and offline.
Assist in creating tools to evaluate the effectiveness of our employer branding efforts.
Who you are?
Student currently studying towards Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resource
Strong communication skills in French and English, both verbal and written with a creative flair for storytelling.
Good interpersonal skills to adapt to different situations and individuals.
Good ability to learn on the job in a dynamic and innovative work environment.
