Job Purpose
Ensure accurate estimates of the total cost of projects are completed on time, in accordance with required technical standards.
Main Scope/Responsibilities
Supervise a team of discipline estimators during the preparation of project estimates.
Prepare cash flows, contingency and risk analysis.
Coordinate exchange with project manager, engineering and estimating.
Assist Project/Construction Managers in the financial administration of contracts.
Ensure the alignment with internal procedures and standards.
Responsible for archiving project estimating data.
Education
Bac + 5 (Engineer in preference)
Engineering, construction, estimating and cost control
Global Experience
12 to 15 years
Specific Experience in the position
Minimum 5 years in the Engineering and construction industry including 2 years minimum as a Principal Estimator
