Orange Business MEA is a key division of Orange Business, responsible for covering the Middle East, Africa, and Türkiye regions.
The Finance Controller of Orange Business MEA works closely with the Head of Orange Business MEA and their team to support business performance and the achievement of targets. This role ensures accurate forecasting, validates accounting figures, and delivers value-added reporting, focusing on revenue, costs, and margin management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Partnership:
Collaborate with business owners to co-develop forecasts and budgets, ensuring robust underlying assumptions and monitoring performance to exceed forecasted results.
Identify and drive cost-saving initiatives while ensuring alignment between local and central finance teams for the accuracy and completeness of monthly reported revenue and costs.
Partner with Human Resources to understand and update labor cost forecasts effectively.
2. Accounting Validation:
Conduct detailed analysis of monthly billing to identify and resolve potential issues.
Ensure accurate and consistent accounting of all transactions, including accruals and provisions, in line with established policies and procedures.
Oversee the month-end close process, proposing accounting adjustments as necessary.
Provide detailed analysis and supporting documents to both internal and external auditors as needed.
3. Reporting:
Deliver comprehensive monthly business reports to management within company deadlines, clearly explaining variances, trends, and KPIs.
Prepare ad hoc reports and analyses as requested by Business Partners or Finance Management.
Proactively raise alerts in case of issues, proposing actionable solutions to address them.
Continuously improve and develop reporting tools and metrics for enhanced business insights.

Solid understanding of financial reporting indicators and accounting principles.
Strong interest and ability in data analysis, with advanced Excel skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience working in a multi-cultural and global organization.
A minimum of 3–5 years of successful experience in controlling or a related finance role.
Fluent in English; proficiency in additional regional languages is a plus.
