As a finance partner within OBS Finance data governance, it is expected that you understand processes in place related to referentials and access management, you will handle following activities :
Responsible for all topics related to access management
Define approach and processes for Finance Solutions access management
Rollout the model to Finances solution
Manage the access management activities and responsible for quality and delay
Back up & Support for Recurring activities on referentials

Management P&L calculated dimension

Back up & Support for Governance : guarantee maintenance & update of Finance planning
Coordination with stakeholders including GDM team
Support the team D&R CoE with continuous improvement
votre profil
Education: master 2 in Finance, Management (or equivalent)
Experience :
At least 5 years’ experience within Finance, understanding of referential management or access management is expected.
Experience with project or people management is expected.
Experience with EPM or Magnitude is a plus.
You have a good overall understanding of Finance (controlling, accounting, consolidation) and its financial systems.
You have proven experience : in process design and simplification, promotion of innovative solutions and best practices.
You have analytical thinking with hands on and can do attitude.
You make proposals and convince the stakeholders.
Languages: Fluent in English & French.
Soft Skills :
Strong capabilities to structure, organize, you are rigorous.
Structured and strong on processes.
Strong collaboration skills (communicate/listen) to collect, understand customer needs and prioritize evolutions.

Base salary from 1,450 € brutto per month, actual salary is likely to be higher based on skills, knowledge and experience.
