We are hiring for a Financial Analyst to join our team
What your responsibilities will be:
You will provide financial business support to the company’s management and work closely with the different plants globally (Europe, Asia and North America) in order to identify, validate and report material cost increases and supply chain constrains.
You will prepare cost breakdowns for the different OEMs to ensure the recovery of these cost increases in an accurate and well supported manner.
You will help track and measure the performance of the team based on established KPIs.
You will support team members and communicate your findings efficiently to our global Sales teams.
You will perform assigned tasks with sound judgement and critical thinking to ensure the best decision making for all the different stakeholders.
To succeed you must have:
You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Business Administration.
You are fluent in English.
You bring from 1 to 3 years of experience in a controlling department.
You have knowledge of finance and cost accounting principles.
You are used to working with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint).
You have strong Excel skills (i.e. knowledge of X-look ups, pivot tables…).
You have the ability to manage multiple tasks and achieve deadlines.
You are proactive and pay strong attention to details.
You have excellent communication skills and are able to interact with people at all levels in the organization.
Position is based in Rabat's plant
