As Finance Analyst on Purchase Process within Mutualized Analyses & Support team, you will be in charge for non-labor OPEX (Telco excluded) to :
Perform centrally analyses and share the outcome with Finance community:
Analysis and data quality check:
One time analysis of operational data on start and end date of purchased services – align the start and end date of all active deals from vendors and customers perspective.
Liaise with involved stakeholders in ordering and delivery process to obtain real time and accurate data (eg on start and end dates)
Overlook and supervise the transactions related to data amendment, based on monthly analysis
Prepare KPI reports from performed monthly data checks and analysis of discrepancies
Reporting support:
Point of contact for issues with transactional team (Accenture)
First level of analysis (highlight the areas to investigate)
Monitor proper month end activities (inventory recognition, deferrals,etc.)
Cooperate with controlling
Guide and support Finance community:
Collect and share knowhow:
Animate workshop and collect information on the process
Master of existing reports and educate/support users
Initiate new reports/automation if necessary
Support Finance Transformation & Innovation:
Participate to Transformation & Innovation Finance projects and initiatives
participate to the definitions of the specifications of new reports
Support the Data & reporting team to guarantee continuity of service
Ad-hoc analysis on specific issues with an OBS transversal overview
Enforce the processes defined with stakeholders
Improve the timeliness, relevance, and accuracy of reporting
votre profil
Education :
Master’s degree in accounting or Finance or equivalent is expected
Experience:
At least 5 years of work experience in financial/analytical roles
Experience with Financial analyses on cost and revenues and RTR (Record to Report) principles and concepts
Experience with IT tools (must be fluent with MS excel, basic database building skills, knowledge of SQL query is a plus)
Experience within multicultural and virtual team is a plus
Soft Skills:
Strong capabilities to drive, structure, organize, you are rigorous and reliable.
Strong collaboration skills (communicate/listen); able to animate discussion, collect information, share best practices
Able to make proposals and convince the stakeholders.
Analytical thinking with hands on and can-do attitude.
Good team player, with ability to act as individual contributor
Languages:
Fluent professional in English is requested, French is a plus
