Joining the Global Campaigns team, the Global Campaign Manager is crucial in driving the business development of Orange Business. As a strategic partner to sales, SVP leaders, Zones, and Business Lines, you will be orchestrating complex marketing strategies, executing global campaigns that showcase our expertise, and generating new opportunities.
This role requires a visionary leader with a track record of developing impactful content and campaign marketing strategies and a deep understanding of customer engagement across diverse markets. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in orchestrating complex, multi-channel campaigns that drive business growth and enhance brand reputation.

Strategic campaign leadership: lead the strategic planning, development, execution, and optimization of comprehensive global marketing campaigns that align with business objectives and Strategic Value Proposition goals, to customizes campaigns for diverse global markets while maintaining consistency.
Content production agency management: selection, engagement of overall management for a given campaign. The campaign manager engages with suppliers, with the help of the Content strategist when needed.
Lifecycle management: oversee the entire campaign lifecycle, from conceptualization to customer conversion, ensuring that each phase meets strategic goals.
Cross-functional collaboration: work closely with Sales, Customer Value Propositions, Strategic Marketing, Zones, and Business Lines to develop targeted campaign strategies that resonate across different regions and business lines. Adapts campaigns for regional relevance and backup planning related to assets and events coordination.
Complex project management: use advanced project management skills to manage complex campaigns, leveraging data-driven techniques for decision-making and optimization. Responsible for the campaign roadmap.
Performance analysis and reporting: establish and track campaign KPIs with the help of the data and digital team, using insights to steer campaign adjustments and achieve desired outcomes. Pro-actively obtaining latest data to determine when pivoting strategy.
Budget: manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and financial accountability.
Stakeholder engagement: build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring alignment and collaboration on campaign objectives
