Within the Products & Marketing entity, attached to the Strategic & Customer Marketing (SCM), Digital Marketing & Operations team is responsible for delivering marketing technologies and tools roadmap, managing information to support processes, and ensures impact-level marketing measurement and executive reporting on marketing’s contribution to the business.
As part of the Digital Marketing and Operations team, Marketing Operations function is responsible for an improvement and execution of marketing processes, specifically lead process and campaign implementation with the focus on tools ensuring ROI measurability for lead generating campaigns

Mission
Marketing Operations Manager contributes to marketing processes and tools unification, making sure that campaign results are in line with the strategy, leads are delivered to channels and regions sales and works with CRM team to improve end-to-end user journey; manage reasonable data quality by running central Data Quality programs.
Marketing Operations Manager works with central and regional/zone marketing teams to implement and improve lead process; work with involved teams and collect feedbacks on lead management and to ensure production guidelines for campaigns are respected.
Main activities
· Evolution of the Lead management Process:
Drive improvements of all stages of lead process from entry to handover and recycling aligning with business expectations and lead time promise.
Design and implement lead management rules and mechanisms (Lead Assignment Rules, scoring, MQL triggering, BANT, SQL) in appropriate tools.
Implementation of Dashboard or Reporting responding to end-user issues.
Automate parts of the process to improve lead time and reduce workload with support of IT teams.
Data quality:
Drive process performance by identifying and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) tailored to different:
Sales channels (France, International, etc.).
Lead status (suspect vs. Nurture/MQL)/ lead conversion
Develop and follow data quality policies, animating and automating central actions to improve marketing data
Monitor synchronization between marketing tools and errors
Support and training
Manage a community of regional/zone marketing operations experts
Enforce uniform and correct usage of marketing processes and tools by delivering trainings and feedback sessions
User support for all channels within lead and campaign processes
Write user guides, reference documents, and training packs
Identifying pilot users to test new processes.

Knowledge of business processes in b2b services sales
Understanding of typical multinational companies structure, affiliates etc
Experienced user of SalesForce
Expert user in Excel
Expertise with ETL automations
Knowledge of PowerBI and DAX, ability to create reports and dashboards
Basic knowledge of marketing automation tools (Marketo)
Basic understanding of IT/Telecom technologies and terminology
English language (Advanced)
