Job Purpose
The Global Mobility Advisor manages the international relocation process for expats and outpats including work permits and residency cards, expat payroll, tax... The person in this role will work closely with the global mobility manager to manage the ongoing operations of the global mobility lifecycle.
Main Scope/Responsibilities
Oversees external providers in order to secure end to end implementation, for the JESA expatriates to countries where JESA is present and their families of work permit, residency card, driving licenses, and tax payments
Supports the inbound assignee through the entry clearance process in partnership with the appointed Immigration providers; Issues required documentation for immigration visa as per country or origin regulation
Supplies required documentation and oversee the proper income taxation of exiting expatriates in coordination with an external provider (e.g. Deloitte)
Coordinates best field action plan of the administrative agent to optimize efforts to results
Serves as SPOC for JESA expatriates to countries where JESA is present for follow up on expatriation packages payment with Finance, International Insurance subscription, Evacuation emergencies (medical, safety …) housing, car lease,...
Develops and keeps up to date the JESA Expatriates Country Booklet including all relevant information for the employees.
Prepares expatriate's arrival and onboarding
Coordinates with different stakeholders the payments of expats benefits and preparation of immigration documents
Maintains close working relationship with immigration-related government bodies (ANAPEC, MDE …) and keep up to date on any regulation changes
Delivers the monthly Global Mobility Dashboard and participates in adhoc project work as required or assigned by the global mobility manager
Education
Bac +4/5 - Graduate & Post Graduate
Curricula: Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Law, Social Sciences, or a related field.
Global Experience
2 to 5 years
Specific Experience in the position
Minimum 2 to 5 years of general HR experience.
An experience managing international mobility programs on a global/multi-country basis.
A reasonable awareness of expatriate tax, social security and immigration compliance is needed.
