Position Description:
We have an exciting and rewarding career opportunity for a Global Mobility COE Regional Lead to support the Corporate Functions.
Reporting directly into the Global Mobility COE Director, you will be primarily responsible to act as the lead consultative authority on Global Mobility to the SBU HR teams and, where required, the SBU Leadership team and senior management members providing them with the vital subject matter information, knowledge, expertise and advice in relation to the SBUs which they provide support to.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Primary point of contact for Global Mobility standard methodology within the SBU;
Contribute to the design and maintenance of related policies, processes and services.
Deploy and implement the policies, processes and services for Global Mobility throughout the SBU.
Cooperate with the Global Mobility Lead Enterprise Wide to select, contract and evaluate third parties.
Ensure appropriate reporting is in place covering Global Mobility information.
Provide insight in and analysis of Global Mobility related metrics.
Provide advice on and contribute to improvement of Global Mobility policies, processes and services.
Liaise and cooperate with HR colleagues in the SBU HRBP teams, the Global HRMS teams and with other global HR functions and to ensure compliance with corporate strategy and programs.
Ensure governance is in place to continuously align all collaborators involved in global mobility.
Ensure risk assessment and compliance is in place for relevant Tax, Immigration and Labor legislation and regulations.
Ensure readiness for internal and external audits on Global Mobility activities.
When and where applicable contribute to, participate in or support a merger, acquisition or outsourcing integration process.
Contribute to global HR projects on an as mandated or needed basis.

Qualifications & education
Relevant Bachelor or Master degree or equivalent degree and/or HR related certifications.
Experience
At least 4 to 7 years’ advancing through the tactical level into the strategic area, in an international and preferably (IT) consulting organization, having achieved successful contribution for global mobility related topics and preferably a variety of other HR related topics.
Dealing with globally spread teams and cultural differences.
Dealing with Tax, Immigration and Labor legislation and regulations.
CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to: abilities level; experience and training; and licensure and certifications. CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $85,000 -$198,400.
