The Growth Marketing Manager leads growth and engagement initiatives for MaxAB's most important products. The team is data-driven and results-focused. The person will have a strong technical, analytical, and product background – with a hunger to make products grow.
Define MaxAB’s local Marketing strategy, adapting global playbook to local needs : Implement regular marketing actions to attract, delight and retain customers and grow organic orders
Define promotional, pricing and point of sale strategy - Monitor retailers behaviors: frequency, number of SKUs, ticket size, promos & discounts,
Manage and animate the social networks of the company: Understand local media landscape and define the right mix of digital/non-digital investment to maximize user base.
Track and monitor key Growth and Content metrics providing the appropriate visibility to HQ.
Design, manage and implement acquisition marketing strategy to ensure that objectives are met to maximum efficiency.
Apply your expertise in quantitative analysis, data mining, and the presentation of data to see beyond the numbers and understand how our users interact with both our consumer and business products, identify growth opportunities, and execute on projects to drive growth and engagement.
Own the Marketing budget and use it efficiently and wisely.
Closely Monitor Retailers behaviours: Frequency, Number of Skus, Ticket Size, Promos.
Identify trends, risks and opportunities impacting revenue growth
Define and Implement initiatives to improve revenue growth, coordinate execution with product and sales team.
Design, manage and implement acquisition marketing strategy to ensure that objectives are met to maximum efficiency
Monitor impact and ROI with Performance team
Take responsibility for managing paid search and other campaigns across a range of our categories.
Structure Ideal Retailer Journey milestones and Key Marketing initiatives along the way.
Implement regular marketing actions to attract, delight and retain customers and grow organic orders
Manage and animate the social networks of the company.
Requirements:
Excellent English/French/Arabic: oral & written skills.
As a minimum, a master’s degree in Marketing/Business,
Min of 5 years of experience in a leading FMCG company or in the E-commerce sector performing in a role of similar or larger responsibilities.
Proven track record of delivering business growth, experienced defining investment strategy and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and non-digital channels.
Strong consumer understanding skills.
Have a deep understanding of paid, owned, and earned media channels, being comfortable tracking and reporting on established performance marketing KPIs.
