Opportunity
Responsible for leading the global centers of excellence (Shared Planning Centres - SPC), defining the CoEs vision and strategy. Participates in Global Ops Leadership Team to set priorities and manage key initiatives.

Develop new capabilities, building a culture of continuous improvement, improve the efficiency deploying new technology and integrating the long-term processes for the function.

Ensure all centres of excellences provide high quality of services to the terminals, enabling terminal’s perform at their optimum level of planning and supporting the optimization of the service level to our customer and value-add to the business.
