Head of Data Management
Le poste de Head of Data chez Novancy Consulting à Casablanca consiste à piloter la stratégie data de l'entreprise, définir la gouvernance, l'architecture et les solutions analytiques. Vous dirigerez une équipe de data engineers, data scientists et analystes, tout en collaborant étroitement avec la direction pour aligner les projets data sur les priorités commerciales. Vous garantirez la qualité, la sécurité et la conformité des données, notamment en respectant le RGPD, et identifierez les partenariats technologiques (Big Data, cloud). Le candidat idéal possède plus de dix ans d'expérience, dont cinq en leadership, maîtrise Hadoop, Spark, SQL, NoSQL, AWS/Azure/GCP, et possède une forte vision stratégique et de communication.
