Job summary:
Since its creation, Maxab has experienced strong growth in the Moroccan market.
We are looking for a Sales Development Manager to join the Management team.
His main mission is to lead the teams of field salespeople and telemarketers in order to achieve growth objectives.
With strategic and analytical skills, he will define customer acquisition and retention initiatives and then use the tools made available to him to measure the results.
He will also oversee the development of the skills of his teams through the recruitment and training of the sales force.
Job Responsibilities:
Team Management:
-Performance measurement according to the strategies applied (Acquisitions, Number of orders, Frequency of visits/calls and success rate).
-Define and implement bonus plans to motivate the sales force.
-Coaching of teams and supervision in order to build skills.
Action plan :
-Analyze KPIs and market data to identify risks and opportunities.
-Define action plans aimed at sales growth and development.
-Implement sales action plans to drive performance: sales scenarios, length of visit, routing, segmentation and prioritization of retailers, …
-Regularly share sales results with the management team in order to adjust strategic plans
-Define the optimal structure of the sales teams for each city/sector.
-Implement a recruitment & integration plan
Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Commercial, Sales Techniques
7 years of relevant experience in sales & team management,
Experience in traditional trade is essential,
Extensive knowledge of sales & negotiation techniques,
Ability to use concrete data and metrics to support assumptions, recommendations and actions.
Strength in problem solving, ability to work in a deadline driven work environment, attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
