Roles & Responsibilities:
HR Strategy: The Contributing to the function strategy and HR strategy
Organization Development: The understanding of the organizational needs and the translation into a manpower plan, having regard to the future organization structure, competencies and skills, for both long and short term business requirements:
Organization design and Manpower planning
Support transformation projects
Talent Acquisition: The contribution to the recruitment processes that secure the right person at minimum total cost:
Contribute to identify needs & job requisitions
Interview candidates with Level 7 and below and participate to final selection
Make job offer for managers in coordination with C&B Manager and validation from HR VP
Co-Lead Integration plan for new Comers with Manager N+1
Follow-up Probation period, CDD contracts and Conduct exit interviews with Danoners
Performance Management : The coordination of the PDR process to drive for a high performance culture:
Providing support to Managers and Danoners about the PDR process and tools (training, consultation meeting, etc.)
Controlling the completion of PDR as per deadlines
Advising Managers about PDR ratings criteria and coordinating calibration exercise with the function head
Coordinating with HR CBS about the consolidated data of ASR and STI
Talent Management: The coordination of the Talent Review:
Providing support to Managers and Danoners about the Talent Review process
Supporting, challenging & coaching Heads of functions to assess their direct reports’ potentials
Assist Heads of functions and Managers to identify potential successors for key positions
Implement agreed IDP (Individual Development Plan) as per Talent Review discussions
Support managers for exit management (e.g. package, negotiation, grievance, contact with lawyers…) in coordination with C&B
Learning Management: The enhancement of the Learning management at functions level:
Co-leading Individual Development Plan (IDP) / Development Conversation with Managers N+1
Leading the definition of Training Plan for FLD, supervising the execution and assessing the impact on Danoners’ performance
Enabling and facilitating One Learning a Day and encouraging participation to Campus 2.0 learning modules
Compensation & Benefits: The Leading of ASR review with functions heads taking in consideration Reward frame guidelines:
Ensuring Job Descriptions update, managing job classification requests and evaluating Job grading assessment with C&B
Challenging Managers & Head of functions to ensure the application of ASR guidelines and fairness between Danoners
Social Dynamics : Act as first interlocutor of employees and their representatives to improve the work climate and anticipate conflicts:
Setting and communicate on company rules/code of conduct and H&S working conditions application
Coordinating DPS surveys, focus groups and progress action plan execution
Leading discipline, grievance and employee relations
