Description :
Missions :
•Analyze accounts based on sales and growth plans, categorizing by target business.
•Oversee sales activities aligning with plans, set guidelines for ROI, manage ATL and BTL efforts.
•Monitor product volume, logistics, sales, and inventory for accounts.
•Manage Sales Team members and the Product Marketing Manager.
•Mitigate financial risks in account collateral, orders, and payments.
•Ensure alignment in contracts, pricing, and retail distribution channels.
•The HVAC Sales Manager Part Leader supports and oversees the sales team.
•Focus on cost control, margins, and sales revenue. Develop/manage budgets, forecasts, profitability reports, and analyze operational costs, sales outcomes, and market conditions. Regular attendance at meetings, both domestic and international.
Profil:
•Strong communication and negotiation skills are vital for an AC Sales Manager Part Leader.
•Building relationships with clients, contractors, and distributors is a key aspect, requiring effective engagement at all levels to promote product benefits.
•Has an in-depth understanding in a specific area related to AC - SAC products, such as brand or product management.
•Fluent in English and French.
