Job Purpose
The Internal Communication & Employee Engagement Manager leads the development, implementation and monitoring of proactive internal communications and engagement strategy targeted to the entire JESA staff working across countries and locations
Main Scope/Responsibilities
Leads the development and execution of an employee communications strategy and plan, including email communications, digital and multimedia content and strategy, town hall meetings, thematic week and excellence award, and other celebrations
Leads internal communications, serving as the primary author of employee news and announcements, including community messages, staff announcements, institutional news stories, and more
MyJESA: Oversees the JESA intranet, developing and managing content, including regular updates and additions.Serves as the primary liaison and partner to internal stakeholders seeking to communicate on the JESA intranet
Participates and leads the design of the Annual JESA Employee Engagement Survey and supports the internal communications efforts in communicating the results to key stakeholders in a timely fashion
Partner with the HRBPs to develop key initiatives to promote and achieve employee engagement in alignment with the post employee survey action plan
Establish action plans and programs that address gaps in the employee experience; partner with HRBPs and functional leaders to track, deliver, and report on results in alignment with the post-employee survey action plan
Education
Master / Bac +5
Curricula: Business / Communication / Marketing
Global Experience
Minimum of 5 years
Specific Experience in the position
Direct experience supporting an employee audience at a large, complex organization
1 or 2 years within a communication agency preferred
