INTERNAL QUALITY ENGINEER
We are recruiting an Internal Quality Engineer
Mission(s) & Key Responsibilities :
Act as the customer representative in the plant, with the main focus on quality matters.
Promote and implement the Plant Quality Policy in order to achieve customer enthusiasm, protecting him from any defect.
Represent Customer voice in Kenitra Plant.
Actively contribute to the achievements of 0km Plant Return & Warranty Quality objectives.
Promote the internal Quality Culture and live to its requirements.
Creating and managing control plans according to the APQP schedule and in connection with PFMEA and flow chart.
Write out all inspection instruction regarding the project
Implementation and Supervision of the special control : GP12, Early production containment plan...
Support PFMEA review
Lead SPC on the process
Supervision of compliance with quality requirements in their area.
RTY (FTQ) level monitoring and corrective actions taken.
Scrap cost monitoring and corrective actions taken.
Manage PPAP for customer
Responding to customer problems and taking corrective actions through 5why, Fast response (FRQC).
Develop and coordinate the implement long term actions to improve the quality of products
Address and resolve long term quality related issues:
Data analysis
Prioritization of critical issues
Problem analysis (component, vehicle system and manufacturing processes)
Coordination of problem resolution
Verify corrective actions effectiveness
Institute quality training for employees
Employee's awareness of the impact on the quality of the product and the importance of its activities
Profil recherché pour le poste : INTERNAL QUALITY ENGINEER
Bachelor degree or above in quality, engineering or any other discipline adequate to quality function.
Minimum 5 years working experience in quality management role in an automotive industry.
Skills/Training:
Fluent English.
Results oriented, analytical, strong work ethic.
Strong knowledge of automotive quality system and tools : IATF 16949, ISO 9001, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC and customer specific requirements.
Strong knowledge of quality problem solving methodology: PDCA, 5Why, 8D, FTA, Ishikawa.
High communication and team working skills.
Good Self-discipline and organizational skills.
Good analytical skills and working based on facts and data.
Ability to work under time pressure.
Bac+5 et plus
