Under the responsibility of the Internet Solutions and Performance team manager, and as the IP Transit (IPT) Offer Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end IPT offer, from defining the acquisition, upsell, and retention strategy for IP Transit clients to its implementation and performance measurement. More specifically, you will:
· Define the regionally tailored IP offer strategy based on your deep market understanding.
· Build and market a highly visible and high-revenue potential IPT offer that meets our clients' needs:
o Market analysis, competitive monitoring, and opportunity studies for new offer structures or evolutions.
o Manage the launch of offers according to the Time-to-Market (TTM) process, coordinating resources from various involved entities: Communication, Network, IT, Sales, Operations/Customer Service, Legal, Financial Control.
o Design new "Go-To-Market" proposals to implement : bundles, lead generation, agreements with third parties in the value chain, new business models.
· Support the Business Support Manager (BSM) entity that assists sales teams in responding to tailored offers, sales forces, and clients as needed. You will be assisted by the IP Traffic manager who analyzes direct/indirect traffic, routes, and identifies "prospects."
o Design the training plan and sales support tools for your solution.
o Support the BSM and sales force on standard offers.
o Meetings clients as an expert on offers if needed.
· Monitor the performance of marketed offers according to objectives and initiate action plans if necessary:
o Financial indicators (Customer Base, Revenue, OWI costs, profitability, budget, global ranking).
o Service quality indicators.
o NPS excellence.

· Creative and innovative, you are client- and results-oriented.
· You have a good grasp of marketing, experience in market monitoring and analysis, business planning, and performance tracking.
· You are accustomed to working in an international environment and are interested in broader Internet-related issues (players, challenges, products, anticipation) and competing new technologies.
· Ideally, you have a dual background in Engineering + Marketing.
· You are experienced in managing TTM projects.
· You are well-organized, proactive, and rigorous, and comfortable with numbers.
· You have excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to motivate, and a team spirit that allows you to work closely with your direct colleagues and peers.

OWI positions itself as the Group's IP transit service for subsidiaries and external and content operators by :
· Consolidating traffic from our subsidiaries and major Internet players (Operators, Content Providers) to achieve economies of scale.
· Continuing our growth and serving our clients better.
· Ensuring the monetization of Internet flows from major content providers and ISPs worldwide.
