Your Work-life Opportunity
To help us along this path, we are looking for passionate and experienced people to join our IT Service Desk team in Morocco. Our service desk team is a core function of the IT organization and a key contributor in providing high quality production support for our business critical IT systems.
Be a Part Of a Team Where You Will
Provide timely & effective support for all IT systems
Resolve Layer 1 level incidents and service requests
Develop and maintain documentation and procedures.
Administrate and operate different IT tools and systems
Prepare end user hardware
You Have
A degree in Computer Science or relevant experience
At least 2 years of experience in the field
Good problem-solving skills and technical mindset
Good communication skills
Experience supporting Windows and Mac OSX environments
Experience supporting Google Workspace (G-suit), Zoom and Slack services
You speak English fluently
Nice to have
Experience with Jira Service Desk
Experience with Onelogin system
