YOUR WORK-LIFE OPPORTUNITY:
Glovo is growing and expanding to new markets, that's why we are looking for an experienced and hands-on Sr. Lawyer that will work with the local Morocco Team and the HQ Legal Team, managing the day to day implications in the business.
BE A PART OF A TEAM WHERE YOU WILL:
Report to HQ Legal Team
Manage and provide consultation in the day-to-day legal implications of the company related, among others, to contracts, corporate, labor, compliance, litigation, privacy, consumer law, etc.
Collaborate with external law firms
Review various types of legal documents such as corporate documents and Articles of Associations, agreements, terms and conditions, policies, etc.
Support and assess all the players involved in the business and new projects
Get your hands dirty – when there is a problem, you will find a way to fix it
YOU HAVE:
At least 7 years' experience and at least 3 years’ in a reputed law firm/big4 and/or 2 years as in-house lawyer with proven experience in corporate and commercial law, consumer law and labor law
Advanced English, French and Arabic
Knowledge of other languages is a plus
Knowledge of other fields of law
Highly motivated in the world of start-ups and new technologies
Problem solver
Multitasking
Organized and detail-oriented person
Able to summarize complex matters in simple but complete and accurate recommendations
International profile, able to work in a flexible, collaborative and multidisciplinary environment
