Role Purpose

Lead nucleus in a non-hierarchical agile way utilizing new ways of working. Provide inspirational and future-oriented people leadership for Nucleus members by assuring the appropriate skill level and developing talents. Set nucleus overall business directions, capitalize on the available assets, prepare & implement global brand strategies for the Cardiovascular business and maximize performance at the NWA-cluster level.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks

// Follows and implements global brand strategies on the cluster level to meet volume and revenue targets, shares targets and overall business objectives, with the cardiovascular brands dedicated resources
// Define & solves priorities between countries & business
// Provide guidance and solutions on sales and marketing matters for cardiovascular products
// Manage cardiovascular portfolio life cycle per each country and business situation
// Develop and strengthen relationship and network with all external stakeholders (Incl. TL)
// Coordinate local manufacturing process (for relevant countries) maximizing value for Bayer and local manufacturing partners, with cost optimization
// Responsible for the P&L: Sales, P&I and resources allocations in products/countries, costs optimizations, and overall regional income maximization
// Succeed transition of new CV products in launch from LVO nucleus to CV Nucleus
// Drives brand focused analytics across countries and manages forecasting for sales & revenue
// Develop overall digital culture integration & maximize digital integration in the brand, integrating customer data in these channels and implementing multichannel programs which yields to creation of seamless customer experience and customer centric processes
// Be a point of contact responsible for product-related topics jointly co-created by nucleus team, with local, regional, and global (RSO) teams
// Accountable for nucleus results and enhancing customer experience, including full ownership of campaign process and engagement, responsible for planning and implementation of customer engagement, co-creation and capturing customer feedback
// Provide an environment that promotes open communication, honest feedback and teamwork built around empathy, trust, and achievement within the nucleus as well as for the whole organization in general
// Recruits, develops, and coaches talent as functional expert, to ensure appropriate skill level and manages the performance of chapter members including recognition of high performing members and managing of low performing members using appropriate and available tools.
// Provide modern and future-oriented people leadership to cluster/country nucleus members, fostering a co-creation mindset in line with Be Entrepreneur behaviors
// Leads all cross-functional nuclei team members (without R-Line) across NWA countries
// Ensures alignment with the CDH, Chapter heads and other Nucleus leads/teams to allocate resources to the respective Nucleus and ensure well balanced resource capabilities in both quality and quantity
Qualifications, Skills and Competencies

// University degree, at least 5 years’ experience in Marketing & Commercial
// Solid experience in leadership
// Fluent in both French and English
// Fostering new ways of working and apply agile leadership methodologies
// Excellent communication skills with active listening abilities Intercultural experiences
// Ability to lead in a non-hierarchical way and manage complex projects and multi-task.
// Proactivity and capability to handle uncertainty
// Teamworking skills and a collaborative and flexible approach to work with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
