We are now hiring a Junior Delivery Manager to join our team.
The Junior Delivery Manager supports the development, delivery and evaluation of world-class DU EMEA programmes and promotional events, using established tools and procedures along with your experience in deploying programmes end to end.

Role description:
Supports the ongoing delivery of programmes, identifying opportunities for driving continuous improvement.
Supports the planning and deployment for individual programme deliveries (e.g. review registration and evaluation links, initiate print requests, update materials, oversight activities with delivery team).
Builds own understanding of how the programme goals, objectives and contact impact the activities needed for programme delivery.
Supports in reviewing and signing off updated communication material specific to delivery (registration links, invitation pack, instructions for delivery specific print material).
Supports the storing and sharing of new content specific to delivery (team site folders for participants, facilitators, App content, agenda, elective, etc.).
Supports the delivery of all programmes, owning the full delivery from start to end including opening to closing and supports the Geo teams as required.
Manages participant related pre / post work completion, following up and providing support where necessary.
Provides support for local, local agile and virtual deliveries to Geo Learning teams as agreed.
Initiates and coordinates procurement process (purchase orders) for external vendors and suppliers.
Supports event organisers with DU EMEA specific aspects and oversees agreed arrangements for special and strategic events.
Escalates programme and faculty risks and issues to the Delivery Manager.
Supports the Delivery Manager with the financial management of the programme delivery.
Oversees the checking of invoices and management of the invoicing process.
Skills:
Previous experience: At least 3 years of experience required working with learning teams preferable -> Delivering learning programmes in a cross-cultural environment.
Manages operations to ensure seamless delivery of learning experiences.
Ability to efficiently and effectively source and manage external vendors and contractors to drive business objectives.
Monitoring tasks from start to finish, including proactive decision making to accommodate successful task completion.
Effective cost control, risk mitigation, service excellence and service maintenance in order to gain increased value and quality from vendors.
