Mission :
Ensure compliance with quality and customer requirements, while supervising the production process according to the customer and quality requirements too.
Day-to-day quality task management, including the supervision of quality auditors in both prototype and serial production.
Responsibilities
Ensure the proper setup based on the history of quality problems.
Animation of quality follow-up meetings.
Ensure and follow the QRQC (Quick Replay Quality Customer).
Ensure the Monitoring and process of audit, Supervision of quality auditors.
Daily control of production in serial phases.
Measure the injected parts according to the drawing and approve their dimensions.
Carry out the PPAP (Production Part Approval Process).
Analysis of customer claims and internal issues.
Stop production if necessary or ensure containment to protect the customer in the case of quality defect.
Ensure compliance with customer recommendations and monitoring of special characteristics.
Ensure compliance with quality, Safety, and environmental standards.
Profile :
Bac +2 or more in injection molding.
Good technical background and experience in the plastic injection process.
Good communication skills, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in English and French.
