As a Network Business Engineer your key tasks and activities will be:
Leading the Digital Transformation & Automation of activities especially in the areas of Big Data management, Business Intelligence, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science
Participate in detailed technical design, development, implementation and support of Big Data applications, using existing and emerging technology available on EDH platform.
Automation and industrialization of the regular tasks or operations related to the designing of the Voice Services for Cost and QoS optimization, collaborating with other teams either business (Sourcing, Finance, UCC BU) or technical (technical leaders, team members on technical design).
Contributing to the softwarization of the Voice Services for Cost, capacity and QoS optimization while using open source solution, API management and Data Visualization solutions.
Be a key contributor to various business KPIs reporting (cost and Revenues , QoS, SLAs, Others…) with developing Data cubes on our EDH platform
Manage all day-to-day activities with the aim to meet overall targets set by management or external teams.
Collaborate and work in an agile team environment with a Scrum team , Scrum master and product owners while estimating the level of effort of US , developing , testing and providing Technical support, corrective and adaptive maintenance of the software components delivered.

Being able to effectively achieve business success while working in a group of experienced professionals
Experience in UCC services (Voice, Video, Conferencing, Contact Center,…) is desirable
Being detail-oriented, with a “detective” mindset
Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands
Ability to be flexible while working in a changing environment
Strong communication skills.
Excellent oral and written communications skills and experience interacting with both business and IT individuals at all levels including the executive level
Creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the “big picture” view.
PC & SW Skills:
Strong experience of development environment using Spark Scala, Java, JavaScript, Nifi, Kafka, Hive, Hbase.
Strong knowledge of API development and Open Sources.
Scripting knowledge (Python )/ data manipulation / BI skills (Qlik , Power Bi , Kibana , Tableau )are desirable
Experience in implementing software or web development projects using Agile methodologies, and experience in large, complex projects in a high-tech development environment with multi-function teams
Prior experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies with enterprise-level application development projects. PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent welcome.
A working experience in an international / multicultural environment is desirable
