Team
Voice Services is the department, within GWEN, which is responsible for building and supporting “cost and quality effective” Voice networks for Enterprise and Wholesale services (Voice, Conferencing, Contact Center…), and connecting them with other major telecommunication companies. These networks are built to manage our customer’s communications and collaboration from and to our network. We are a very “hybrid” team, with a unique mixture of technical, business and financial responsibilities.

Mission
As a Financial Business Analyst, the candidate will contribute to the rates management of our carriers for more profitability analyzing the Price lists & Invoices and Using our routing & profitability tools with the main target of bringing more automation on the rates management processes.
The Financial BA needs to acquire the needed business understanding about voice services to drive the financial analysis in alignment with the business needs.
The candidate should be able to work with many stakeholders as sourcing, partners, marketing & Finance team to progress on the business analysis & needed actions for cost optimization.
The Financial BA is also a key contributor to the budget preparation exercise highlighting all the business criteria to be considered either about Price increase, inflation or any cost trend changes.
The main responsibilities will consist of:
Support the team mission in financial management area focusing on end-to-end support of Cost Savings Projects, managing of Third-Party Vendors cost and supporting of external cost/budget activities.
Make sure Carrier cost details are updated and loaded on the Interface Management web site on a regular basis.
Identify rates for cost models updates, load them into the Rates Repositories .
Detailed invoice validation & reconciliation of various carrier invoices, verify rate accuracy.
Raise billing disputes to Carriers. Make sure the billing disputes are resolved and partners are billing us in line with the commercial agreements.
Support and contribute to the automation and digitalization of the above processes.
Manage the cost for Licenses and Numbering Resources; seek for optimizations of numbering stock management and licenses costs.
Improve today’s Rate Management Process focusing on “high spend” product lines, services, and carriers.
Manage all day-to-day activities with the aim to meet overall targets set by management or external teams.
SPOC for external stakeholders related to cost allocation, booking instructions and various Cost/revenues tools.
Ensure the Data Analysis (explained Above) with a Mindset of Automation to improve the processes and bring more automation around this financial validation.

Essential skills and knowledge
Technical Skills
Knowledge about management tools like JIRA, Confluence,
Understanding of Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban , SAFE is a plus .
Knowledge in data analysis tools and techniques, such as ( SQL, Excel, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Excellent use of MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint is a Must
Excel macros, basic scripting/data manipulation, Business Intelligence skills is nice to have
Soft Skills:
Being motivated to effectively achieve business success while working in a group of experienced professionals.
Analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands.

Education, qualification, and certifications
Education: University degree in a Business, Finance and/or Economics field.
Language skills:
Fluent English required, both spoken and written.
A good French communication level is key for the main location (Morocco)
Experience needed.
Minimum of 5 years as a Financial Controller or Business Analyst with financial knowledge.
